Kate has always been what you call the crafty type and started sewing as a child. In her teen years she enjoyed making clothes and summer dresses for herself. Once Kate's son was born she started sewing to make practical items that we use on a daily basis, including nursing pads, nursing cover, burp cloths and quilts.
